Primrose Hill Residence

This 4800 square foot residence sits high above the Hudson River in Rhinebeck, New York. The home is composed of two wings, one original and the other new.  A new glass enclosed entry unifies the two wings and houses a staircase connecting the levels and spaces. The home was designed to capture the stunning river views from all of the principal spaces, the existing wing containing “public” spaces such as living, dining and family areas, while the new wing houses a grand master suite on the second floor and two guest rooms on the first floor.
